All packages are processed within a maximum of 3 working days at the workshop.
A working day corresponds to a working day, from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- All shipments are tracked.
- You can purchase insurance for your package at the time of ordering, which I will add manually when creating the label.
- If the package is open when it is delivered, or if you clearly hear damage, refuse the package.
